Coaching is future-focused and centered on growth, possibility, and forward movement. It supports you in gaining clarity, setting goals, and taking aligned action in your life or work.
Counseling or therapy often focuses more on healing, processing past experiences, and addressing mental health concerns. Therapists are licensed to diagnose and treat psychological conditions, while coaching is not a substitute for mental health care.
Both can be incredibly valuable and sometimes complementary. If deeper emotional healing or mental health support is needed, I encourage working with a licensed therapist alongside or before coaching.
